Step 1
Call PDR PROS and schedule a free estimate
Call us at 1-833-PDR-PROS (737-4245) or submit an online request to schedule your free estimate. A knowledgeable PDR PROS will come to your home, office or other location – whatever is most convenient for you – to inspect your vehicle and answer any questions you might have at no cost or obligation.
Step 2
Make a claim – PDR PROS will assist you in contacting your insurance claims hotline to start the claims process. Many vehicle owners are hesitant to contact their insurance company and file a claim because they think their insurance premiums will be raised. This is not true. In fact, hail damage is covered under your comprehensive auto policy because it is considered an “Act of God” or “Act of Nature”. If you would like assistance with filing your claim, as most of our customers do, we can call your insurance company with you on the line to help eliminate uncertainty and hassle.
Step 3
PDR PROS helps arrange your rental vehicle.
If you do not have rental car coverage included in your insurance policy, PDR PROS will assist in arranging the rental car.
Step 4
PDR PROS inspects your vehicle thoroughly and builds a detailed repair estimate. After your hail damaged vehicle is inside our garage, our expert technicians utilize specialized lights and decades of experience to perform a more thorough inspection necessary to identify all of the dents and dings caused by hail. Our next step in the dent removal process is to use erasable markers to circle up all of the dents, including the obscure dents that cannot be seen under bright sunlight. We then build a more detailed repair estimate based on industry standards and a specialized dent repair software program loaded onto our technician’s iPads.
Step 5
PDR PROS contacts your insurance company’s assigned claims adjuster and schedules an inspection at PDR PROS garage.
PDR PROS contacts your insurance company’s assigned claims adjuster directly and schedules an inspection of your vehicle at our garage. When the insurance adjuster arrives, an expert technician will review your vehicle and the damage that we have identified with the adjuster. We will monitor the process and make sure the adjuster does not miss any damage and will help negotiate the best possible claim on your behalf. In addition, if you are still making payments on your vehicle when a hail claim is filed, we will work with your insurance company to help you avoid having to go through the time and hassle of dealing with your lien-holder.
Step 6
PDR PROS repairs your vehicle using paintless dent removal process
with custom dent removal tools, specialized techniques and years of experience to gently remove minor dents and dings caused by hail from the panels of your vehicle. Our technicians access the underside of the hail damaged panels to remove the dents through a variety of points.
