PDR GUARANTEE/WARRANTY:

PDR PROS guarantees its repair made to your vehicle for the lifetime of the vehicle unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

Our repairs will not cause the metal or pain to rust, chip deteriorate, crack, flake or pit due to our process of repair. 

​

Repairs will be to satisfaction to customer. In the event the customer is not satisfied with repair and we are unable to repair to customers' satisfaction. PDR PROS will not charge for repair. Warranty is limited to panel(s) in question.

Any parts damaged by us during the process of our repairs will be repaired to the satisfaction of the customer or will be replaced with new parts by PDR PROS. 

​

In the even a PDR PROS representative is not available for a warranty issue at your location, you may take your vehicle to an authorized facility and if needed, repairs done and billed to PDR PROS.

Note: Warranty is not-transferable. Warranty on the part(s) replaced is limited to the part(s) manufacturers' warranty.

Customer Obligation: In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner may need to present owners copy of invoice or have a PDR representative verify the warranty through our records.
